IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

We, at Belinda’s Brows, are extremely grateful for the opportunity to do business with you and are committed to providing exceptional services to all clienteles. To help us provide these exceptional services, please read and adhere to the policies below. Failure of compliance will result in denial of service. ​DEPOSIT

For all appointments, a $100 deposit plus a 3.5% processing fee (when paid online) is required to hold and confirm your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. The remaining balance for the requested service(s) is due at your scheduled appointment. If you are a no call/no show to your appointment, we reserve the right to keep the deposit for the time we reserved for you. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We value the time of our artist as well as your time.

LATE/TARDINESS

If you are 15 minutes late or over, your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited and non-transferable. You will be asked to reschedule and the same policies will apply for your next appointment. We are committed in providing thorough consultations and exceptional services to all our clients. No exceptions will be accepted for anyone arriving late due to traffic, weather, or any other personal emergency. New clients are recommended to come 15 minutes early prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. Please plan accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING

Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Therefore, we respectfully request that you give us at least a 2-day (48 hours) advance notice for any cancellation or appointment change. The deposit is refundable with 2-day (48 hours) notice of cancellation/rescheduling. However, processing fee of 3.5% is still applicable when requesting for a refund. Cancellations/reschedules with less than a 48-hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Additional deposit is required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 2-day (48 hours) notice. If you cancel your appointment less than 1 day (24 hours) prior to the allotted time, you will be charged 50% of the total value of your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any given time without prior notice. Clients who booked in advance before a rate change will not be affected.

PAYMENTS

All payments are due on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. We do not accept checks or offer payment plans. All credit cards payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

All promotional offers and discounts will be applied at your scheduled appointment. Discounts and promotional offers WILL NOT be applied on the deposit. Clients are still required to pay the full amount of $100 plus a 3.5% processing fee when booked online.

For example, if your service costs $600 and the deposit is $100, you will pay the $100 + 3.5% processing fee when booking online. At your schedule appointment, if you qualify for the 10% military discount, it will take $60 (i.e. 10% of $600) off your total. Therefore, your total payment at your scheduled appointment will be $440 (i.e. $600 - $100 deposit - $60 discount = $440).

GUEST POLICY

Please keep in mind that our facility is reserved mainly for our scheduled clients. Only the artist and the client getting the procedure done are allowed in the treatment room. We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets or more than two people to your appointment. All guests must wait in the waiting area and headphones must be used when listening to audio content on their phones. Guests’ phone conversations must be taken outside of the studio. Conversations within the studio should done with a moderate volume. These policies ensure that the artist and the client under procedure are not disturbed. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises at our discretion.

RESULTS

Results will vary with each individual client and are extremely dependent on one’s skin type, healing process, and lifestyle. We have no control what occurs during the healing process. Successful results are not guaranteed. Additional session, at an additional charge, may be required to obtain optimal results. All services are non-refundable.
